PRIVACY & MEASUREMENT
Clear information. Respectful measurement.
This notice explains what johnduquette.com collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Effective September 18, 2026Information you choose to provide
When you request a property review, buyer strategy, relocation shortlist, mortgage brief or other response, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, property or location details and the information you include in your request. This information is used to respond, prepare the requested guidance and maintain the related client or prospective-client record.
Decision assessments and Decision Cases
If you complete a decision assessment, the information you provide—such as contact details, property location, timing, goals and questions—may be stored as a Decision Case. This preserves the context so you do not have to repeat the same background when you continue the conversation.
AI Decision Concierge
Some Decision Center experiences include an AI assistant that is clearly identified as AI. Messages sent through it may be processed by an AI service to generate a response and summarize relevant case context. AI responses are not a substitute for legal, tax, lending, appraisal, inspection or other licensed professional advice.
Internal organization of follow-up
The Site may create internal decision-readiness and follow-up-priority classifications using information you choose to provide and first-party activity on this Site. They help organize John's follow-up and identify when human attention may be useful. They are not consumer-credit, housing-eligibility, lending-approval or protected-trait profiling decisions. Protected characteristics are not used for these classifications.
Email and text choices
Email and text-message permission are separate, channel-specific choices and begin unchecked. Choosing one does not enroll you in the other. Applicable opt-out choices are honored.
Site measurement
The site records limited first-party measurements such as page paths, anonymous session identifiers, referral and campaign parameters, form starts and completed requests. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this measurement.
Google Analytics is optional and remains off until you select “Accept analytics.” When enabled, Google may process information about site use under its own terms. This site does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to Google Analytics.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser storage is used to remember your analytics choice, preserve campaign attribution during a visit, continue a Decision Case on the same browser and support necessary sign-in or client-portal functions. You can change the optional analytics choice below at any time.
How information is handled
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, AI responses, analytics, communications and customer relationship management. It is not sold. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, legitimate business operations and applicable legal obligations.
